Note text:	Design code PO011A was initially allocated to Sheerness Steel bogie scrap box wagons PR3100-PR3129 built in 1982. It was then decided that only 2-axle box wagons would be coded POA and the Sheerness wagons were recoded as POA to new design codes PO029A/B/C. Many of the wagons continued to carry the defunct POA coding for years. This change may also explain the absence of information on design codes in the PO012x and PO013x series.
