| Details: It only recently dawned on me that the Volkswagen Crafter van is in fact closely based on the Mercedes Sprinter design, differing only in engine, frontal styling and small details. This view of unique (in the leased fleet) 6558VW arriving at Acton Works on 30th July 2010 allows a clear comparison with Mercedes van 6057M, although the latter is longer. 6558VW was originally based at Stanmore during the rebuilding work there but has now been transferred to Acton. | ||
