| Daimler Fleetline bus D1159 (KUC159P) had spent a couple of years out of use before it was selected for a new role in 1987. Repainted white and red, it was fitted with a generator and office equipment, and the front door was replaced with a windowed panel. As such it was used in connection with the OPAL (Office Payroll Allocation) project. It was listed as still being in stock in 1993 but its subsequent history is not known. | |||

| Note added Sat 18/01/2014 by Des Elmes Well, according to Ian's Bus Stop, it was sold to Hoskyns Group plc (now Capgemini UK) in July 1991, and on to a private owner in West Sussex in June 1994. It was last taxed in November 1998, so if it's still around then it isn't being used for driving… |
