| On the same 5th November 2025 walk on which I photographed 9039VW (see previous photo), I also found this Go-Ahead London Ford Transit van attending to a route 469 bus opposite Sainsburys in Abbey Wood. Although shown before, it is worth pointing out that this van is unusual for having an ESxx series fleetnumber applied (ES11 in this case). These numbers are allocated to most of the engineering van fleet, but this is the only to have had the number physically applied. Also perhaps of note is that the van is (or was) from Bexleyheath Garage but was attending to a bus from Morden Wharf garage. |
