| Details: An extensive rebuild in the late 1930s transformed four LS-class buses into 9-ton breakdown tenders. 222U was seen at its home base of Camberwell, the white edging to the bottom indicating that the picture was taken during or shortly after WWII. Note the chains fitted to the rear wheels. | ||||
