| Details: A look at the back of Mercedes-Benz Atego rescue tender 2597 at the Acton Museum Depot open day on 8th October 2011 shows a few changes made since delivery. The grab handles on either side of the back were added recently, while the shape of the reflective chevron panels has been changed. The step at the bottom has not been seen before but could well be a removable one. This view also shows what is behind all those roller shutters. Pull-out trays and boards are fitted to provide rapid access to a wide variety of equipment. | ||||
