| Details: Updating the fleet used by the Power Supply department has taken about eight months, with vehicles numbered in the 88xx range replacing the original 77xx vans. The most recent arrivals have been a number of Ford Transit Custom vans delivered in January and February 2020. Among these was 8851F, seen at Tufnell Park on 3rd March 2020. Just visible on the offside of the roof is the small black aerial (or whatever it is), which appears to be a slightly different design to that on the larger Transit vans such as 8859F and 8861F. Parked alongside was a Ford Transit dropside truck in unmarked white. This was presumably on hire pending the delivery of further vehicles. Fleetnumber 8845 would appear to be a potential candidate and is the only number in the 88xx series not yet reported. | ||||
