| Details: This picture taken from the footbridge over York Road, Waterloo on 14th July 2004 shows one of the ERU Volvo FL6 demountable trucks awaiting the return of its crew. The only changes to 2566V (S266KRX) since it was new in 1999 are the addition of the Tube Lines logo towards the rear, and the removal of the offside fleetnumber. It still carried demountable body DB4, and this view shows the partitioned crew compartment towards the front, and the side lockers. While the crew compartment is provided with windows to side, front and top, the main part of the body has translucent roof panels to offer illumination. Note also the fuel filler point between the lockers, most likely to supply a generator. | ||||
