| Details: Mercedes 408D demountable 2478M (G924ALM) is no stranger to this site, being kept in the fleet longer than its siblings due to its conversion to a vehicle recovery truck. New in April 1990 it was seen during an open day at Morden depot later that year. At that point it was carrying a mobile generator (which may later have been carried by similar 2541M) and was coupled to a trailer which may be ST40. | ||||
