A type of vehicle that is gaining popularity as a service vehicle is the Crew Van. This is a cross between a minibus and a van, with a row of seats behind the driver, and a freight compartment behind that. The mesh screen separating the two sections can be seen in this view of Ford Transit T280 5365F (KG02YKA), in use with the Passenger Data department and pictured at Waterloo Station on Monday 26th January 2004. Note that, unlike the minibuses used by this department (such as 5017F and 5427F), this vehicle carries flashing roof lights.
