Three of the red Ford Transit vans delivered in November 1992 went to bus garages in the South London operating unit. 4258F (K787FWE) was based at Norwood but was seen near Marble Arch on the 8th of August 1994. It carries a very large London Buses roundel and quite small South London names. Each of the new operating units was given a logo, although it appears that it was sometimes difficult to choose an appropriate image. The South London logo was of an opening Tower Bridge, as seen on the light bar of this van. This was despite the bridge being in central London, and being nowhere near any routes operated by South London!
