Note text:	In train 6V17 Allington to Whatley on the 19th September 1997, which was hit at speed by a HST at Southall, resulting in 7 people losing their lives. Unlike some of the others from the incident, this wagon was deleted from TOPS in the immediate aftermath the accident.
