Note text:	Was the leading power car of train 1A47 from Swansea to London Paddington on the 19th September 1997, which collided at speed with train 6V17 at Southall, resulting in 7 fatalities. The power car was initially removed to Crewe Works, before moving to MOD Shoeburyness, where it was scrapped on site in September 2003.
