Note text:	SPA 460587 was reinstated from store during summer 2019 at Cardiff Tidal and used to bolster the VGA fleet on a working of steel wire to Burton-on-Trent. TOPS showing the customer as R.O.M. which an internet search shows as a 'specialist supplier of reinforcement solutions' based in Lichfield. The vehicle was put back in store January 2020 and remained at Cardiff Tidal until May 2023 when it was overhauled (with 3 others) and sent to Newport A.D.J. with TOPS showing a destination of Peterborough Yards. This never happened and the SPA remained at Newport until March 2024 when it made the short journey to SIMS Metals at Newport Docks for scrap. TOPS history has been input to the sightings section showing all moves for this vehicle from 19th November 2019.
