Note text:	Data from the ORR suggests that units 701001, 701501 and 701502 are being built as dual-voltage units (perhaps temporarily for testing purposes). These units have revised diagrams for some coaches. EL248 applies to the DMS cars of these three units only, the DMS cars in other class 701 units being to EL247.
