Note text:	A wagon kind TOPS enquiry for SPA taken 30/01/2021 showed that recently (since my last report 15 months ago) 7 vehicles have been recoded from SPA-L to SPA-E, these being 460557/635/730/874/881, 461002/034 all from the 4209 pool. This leaves 461029 as the only vehicle in 4209 pool coded as SPA-L. 460281/293/323/345/487/504/631/738/863 are deletions from the same period. 460487 now preserved at the East Kent Railway.
