Note text:	Design code FG003A was initially assigned to wagons 699000 and 699001, built in 1971 to diagram 1/135 and lot 3729. These formed the 'Lowliner A' set, a prototype for a new generation of container-carrying wagons. The Lowliner name was rather confusingly also used for the FZA 4-wheeled wagons intended to carry road vehicles. The 'Lowliner A' had 4-wheeled bogies and the wagons were basically 40ft in length. There appears to have been a change of plan, with codes in the FGxxxx series to be reserved for standard Freightliner outer wagons. The FG003A wagons were changed to FHA-E and design code FH001A.
