Category: Numbering
These units were renumbered from the 156402-156422 series when they were transferred from Greater Anglia to East Midlands Railway. This was to due to differences in the Passenger Information System compared to other EMR 156s. The units were later renumbered back to their original series when transferred to Northern Rail.
